The cooling system is designed to obtain optimum cooling. This system makes it possible to obtain the optimum microstructure apart from required hardness throughout the cross-section in various air hardenable steels as well as in various intricate shapes and large-sized components to obtain the desired metallurgical properties. With very high cooling rate at gas pressure values up to 6 bar abs. and maximum gas flow within the system ensures that uniform cooling throughout the job is obtained.
